The Rise Scholarship Foundation, Inc. was established in 2010 to reward students with learning disabilities, who have shown determination, self advocacy and success in overcoming their difficulties and are pursuing post secondary education. Rise Scholarship Foundation Inc. offers meaningful scholarships to award the success of students, to bring awareness, and education to the subject of learning disabilities.

For the 2010-2011 school year, one $2500.00 scholarship will be presented to a high school senior from the state of Georgia, who has satisfied certain criteria, and displays a “can do” attitude by having recognized their learning differences and risen above their challenges in order to pursue future dreams. This award is payable to the college or university that the student is enrolled in following high school graduation, for use in tuition, room and board.
